Return & Exchange Policy – Pets N Stuffs

At Pets N Stuffs, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return or exchange if:
• You received the wrong item
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
• The product has expired stock (very rare, but covered)

2. Non-Returnable Items

• For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or used pet food
• Opened treats or snacks
• Litter bags that have been opened
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

3. Return Time Frame

• All return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Please provide a photo or video of the issue for quick processing.

4. Refund / Exchange Process

Once your request is verified:

• We will replace the item with a new one, or
• Offer store credit of the same value
  (Refunds to bank/online payments may take additional processing time.)
